Services

At TAC On Hold our focus is on creating top notch “on hold” productions for you.  It’s in our name, so you can rest assured that it’s not just one more thing we do.  In fact, it’s almost all we do.  Now, we do offer other services that can help you sound great like:

  • Auto Attendant greetings - also known as IVR greetings - "Thanks for calling, press 1, press2, etc..."

  • Voicemail greetings

  • Website audio

  • Radio ads

  • In Store or “overhead” music

  • In Store or “overhead” messages

Just call or email for more details on any of these services.

When it comes to our specialty, “on hold” productions, here’s a quick overview of how the whole process works.  By the way, we make it very simple and quick.

Step 1:
We talk.  We get to know your business and what you want your “on hold” recordings to do for you.  We want your input.  The more you give us, the better.  You can be as involved in the process as you would like.  Here’s where we can discuss different ideas and approaches to your recordings…and how often you might like to update.  We talk about what kind of voice and music preferences you might have.  This is the beginning of the “customization” we talked about elsewhere in the site.

Step 2:
We write the 1st draft of your script.  This will be the foundation of your on hold recording.  Using your input, we’ll create the messages that will really speak to your callers.

Step 3:
We submit the script to you for your review.  At this point you can give us more input, make changes or suggestions…or give us the “thumbs up.”  If revisions are requested, repeat this step until you give us the green light to move on.

Step 4:
Finalize music and voice selections.

Step 5:
We submit the recording for your review.  Again, you have the opportunity to give us input, make changes or suggestions…or give us your OK.  Repeat as necessary.

Step 6:
We ship it to you.

Step 7:
You sound so good that you want to tell all of your friends…which we greatly appreciate.

That’s it.  I told you it would be simple.
