No Equipment to buy and no long-term contract to sign!
 
Why is it that most other companies don’t list their pricing on their website?  Once you’ve called or waited for an email reply from other companies, you’ll find our prices to be very competitive.  Best of all, there is no equipment to buy and no long-term contract to sign.  We know that as long as we provide you with great service, you will be glad to have us around.

Before we go any further, please let me define what we call a “production”.  A “production” is quite simply the finished recording your callers hear, which is made up of multiple voice messages along with a music background.  Now, that’s a very basic definition.  For more detailed information click here to go to our Services page.

Now, here are some Update Options:

Every business has different needs.  You may need only a couple productions per year, or you may need monthly updates for a very proactive marketing approach.  Here are our most popular options, but just let us know if you don’t see exactly what you need.
 
Up to 4 productions per year:    $65.00 per month
Up to 12 productions per year:  $95.00 per month

 
The above prices are for a single location and we gladly offer multi-location discounts.

What about equipment?

The real benefits of TAC On Hold are in the recording, but you will need a way to play it for your callers.

Unless you already own an “on hold” player or have a high end phone system that can play back audio files internally, we’ll need to supply you with your own “on hold” unit.

We’re glad to say that we use the highest quality “on hold” equipment available.  That means that you’ll get the best in sound quality and reliability.  We have a variety of formats available from USB drive and CD based units, to our preferred remote download units, which provide the quickest turnaround for new recording upload.  There are a few factors that we’ll discuss, which will help us determine the best equipment solution for your location.

We’ll provide you with an “on hold” unit for a one-time lease fee of only $185.  The equipment will be yours to use for as long as we provide service to you.  And should the equipment malfunction at any point during our service, we’ll send you a new unit right away at no charge.  So, it’s actually better than owning it, because you’ll get the use of the equipment without any depreciation, maintenance, or repair costs…all at way less than the equipment would cost to buy.  It’s a big win-win for you.

What if I need to cancel our service?

Well, this subject hardly ever comes up, but it’s important for you to know.  Should you ever need to cancel service with us, all we would ask is a 30 day courtesy notice, settle up on any unpaid balances, and then send our equipment back to us.  That’s it.  We can part as friends.
