Once you’ve called or waited for an email reply from other companies, you’ll find our prices to be very competitive.  Best of all, there is no equipment to buy and no contract to sign.  We know that as long as we provide you with great service, you will be glad to have us around.

 

Update Options:

Every business has different needs, so you may need only a couple productions per year, or you may need monthly updates for a very proactive marketing approach.  Here are our most popular options, but just let us know if you don’t see exactly what you need.

 

Up to 4 productions per year:    $65.00 per month

Up to 12 productions per year:  $95.00 per month

 

The above prices are for a single location and we gladly offer multi-location discounts

 

Equipment:

Rather than have you pay large amounts of money for equipment, we will provide you with a state of the art, digital “on hold” unit for a one-time lease fee of only $155. The equipment will be yours to use for as long as we provide service to you.  And, should the unit ever malfunction, we’ll send you a new one free of charge.  These units will provide a lifetime of clear digital playback and are very simple to use. All you'll ever need to do is put your new production in and it does the rest.  These units plug easily into most phone systems, however, there are a few phone systems that may require your phone technician for installation.  For those of you with older phone systems or with no phone system at all, have no fear. We have the adapters you need to add this great service to your office. Please give us a call so we can help determine just what you'll need.

 

We also offer remote download units, which allow us to directly download your production to the unit as soon as it’s done.  This is especially great for multiple locations and for frequent updates, when you might have time sensitive messages that need changing.
